In my opinion, Phase 2 armor is one of the best clone armor because they were between phase 1 armor and the Stormtrooper armor based on the Kaminoans and Jango Fett (Boba Fett's Dad). One of the best clone armor is Captain Rex. He has a T-shaped visor on his phase 2 armor, Jaig Eyes (also known as Shriek-Hawk eyes) on his helmet, and he had his tally marks on his phase 2 armor (represents the most Battle Droid kills).
